Shipping & Delivery Policy – Artmorra
At Artmorra, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted products in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. For all orders within India, we offer free doorstep delivery. For international orders, shipping charges will apply based on the destination country.
Order Cancellations and Refunds:
- If your order is canceled, lost, or undelivered to your specified location, we will refund the full order amount, including any shipping charges.
- For orders canceled after dispatch, a 10% fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover packing and shipping costs.
- If you return an order after it has been delivered, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
- For COD orders with a value above ₹5000, a 5% security deposit is required to confirm the shipment.
Delivery Time:
- We typically dispatch products within 48 hours, and they are usually delivered within 4 to 5 business days.
To ensure timely and accurate delivery, please make sure to:
- Provide a complete and accurate address, including house number, floor, street name, locality, and a landmark if applicable.
- Enter the correct city, state, and zip/postal code. Incorrect details may result in misrouted orders.
- Ensure that your phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable, as we may need to contact you regarding your delivery.
